Hanoi, 18/ 8/2010 - The European Union and Vietnam have agreed to start
formal negotiations for a bilateral FLEGT Voluntary Partnership Agreement following
a meeting between H.E. Vice-Minister Hua Duc

Makela, Director, International Affairs and Environmental Finance, Directorate
